The Print button on the toolbar gives you no choices. It prints one copy of the complete workbook file to your default printer.
Selecting the Print item from the File menu brings up the Print Dialog window. From this window, you have many possible choices. You can change printers, choose how many copies to print, select which pages to print, and preview what your file will look like when printed out.
